Drake and The Weekend fans gon flip a table off dis joint rite chea!
His name is Jaymee Franchina & he represents Perth Australia. Jay told us how very proud he is to release his new mashup album – “Drake on The Weeknd”. Drake on The Weeknd is a compilation & mashup album that features rapper Drake over singer-songwriter & music producer, The Weeknd. Jaymee originally came up with the idea to mix these two talented artists after watching Drake live in concert in Perth & after driving home from the concert, “High For This” by the Weeknd came on shuffle on his iPod. It then sparked an idea and Jaymee went home and spent all night crafting these two together & created 2 songs including High Over This (High For This – The Weeknd & Over – Drake) & Too Much Enemies (Enemies – The Weeknd & Too Much).
Jaymee told us exclusively, “In the past, my projects have been more up tempo (eg: B.I.G Flume) & I thought it was time to do a more chilled project which is why I created this album. In my opinion I believe these two artists blended harmoniously with each other & compliments each other’s individual art of music.”
